The Waveshare HRB8825 Stepper Motor HAT for Raspberry Pi utilizes the HR8825 dual H-bridge motor driver chip that supports 32 subdivisions. It integrates various protection circuits to ensure the safety of the motor and driver chip. The HAT can drive two stepper motors with up to 1/32 micro-stepping.
