1. Return Eligibility:
- Our return policy covers products purchased directly from www.genuinerobotics.com within the last 5 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. 5-Day Return Warranty:
- You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- If 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
