Working Principle

Description

A solid state relay (SSR) allows you to control high-current AC loads from lower voltage DC control circuitry. Solid state relays can be switched by a much lower voltage and current than mechanical relays. They have no moving contacts, enabling faster and longer switching periods without wearing out.

Sensor Types

Dos And Donts

Donts

  • Do Not Exceed The Specified Trigger Voltage Range Of 3-32vdc.: Do not exceed the maximum switching voltage of 380VAC at 40A.

Dos

  • Use Appropriate Ring Or Fork Connectors With The Four Screw Terminals For Secure Connections.: Ensure the plastic cover is in place to protect the terminals.
